Obviously this is a very challenging time on Earth and it serves us to pay attention, both generally and individually, to signs and opportunities offered up as they come. Energetically and globally this pivotal period is a global reset. It is the first time in over a century that everyone on Earth is dealing with a common experience from a single source. This source, the COVID 19 virus, is serving as an accelerant in bringing all darkness to light on every level in keeping with the end of the Kali Yuga (darkness) and beginning of the Sat Yuga (Age of Truth). Yugas are Hindu eras that Earth cycles through over time.
Presently we are witnessing the fall of Patriarchic rule. Structures based on power, greed, and deception, are beginning to crumble. The virus has put a harsh economic squeeze on Trans National Global Mob crime- virtually knee capping it as money laundering through human and drug trafficking, real estate, art, diamonds, etc., have neither market nor unencumbered shipping methods to move product. (This is one reason we are seeing the desire for quick re opening of travel and commerce). Deception on every level from global to personal is being brought to light in keeping with this transition period.
On a personal level, the virus flipped a metaphorical switch from ‘on’ to ‘off’ for the majority of us. The sudden shift to ‘stay at home’ was a shock not an altogether pleasant one. Livelihoods were altered immediately as were routines like shopping for groceries only to find empty shelves. The abrupt need to locate masks, gloves, disinfectants (and weirdly elusive toilet paper) became the priority. Schools closing presented a host of issues to contend with. As we process this complete upheaval of normal daily life we are left with choices. First off, the virus is genuinely dangerous and scary. The material effects of the virus like loss of employment are equally scary. The death rate is horrifying and the loss is crushing. We are all experiencing loss including our lifestyle, loved ones, home, career, and independence just to name a few. This is a profound moment in history. Our enforced pause has created an opportunity to choose to look inward and do some exploring that we may not have taken time to do previously. Are we numbing our fear with substances and more T.V? Yes, many are and that is a choice that cannot be judged. We each cope differently. T.V can be a great respite providing it isn’t inducing more fear.
Choosing love over fear is the choice many are making on deeper levels than they had prior. Many are choosing to rise above the fear by learning new things- languages, instruments, painting; hobbies of all types. Rising above fear raises our vibration (we are electrical and we do emit a signal) and Quantum Physics has scientifically demonstrated that when we raise our frequency those around us are raised also. The desire to help each other and reach out is rooted in a higher frequency.
Constructive things to facilitate reducing fear and finding our power include bringing laughter into the home, picking up flowers or what brings delight, rest, working with anxiety through breathing techniques, tapping or yoga, exercising the body is great for the head, nurturing ourselves and those around us. Checking on others’ well being is important because some folks are really isolated
Rarely does everyone on the globe get a chance to stop, reflect and reprioritize as we are doing now. Suddenly there’s time to reassess who we are, what we really want to do and whom we want to BE. Deeper still, what do we really believe. Remember that our reality is a mirror reflecting our inner beliefs. The question to ask might be, “Deep down are my beliefs of what is and what can be actually in alignment with what I truly want?”
‘Normal’ is changing - try as some might to go back to the old normal- it is gone. We are in the midst of beginning to build a new ‘normal’. Don’t let the symbolism of this happening in 2020 pass you by: 20/20 vision is emerging. We see the truth rise up through the mire of fear.
